She has been an authority in real estate and development for the past 29 years, representing sellers, buyers, and investors. She helps clients navigate the complex San Francisco market, negotiate the best price and finance terms, and transform their property into homes.

 

In 2011, Juliette joined Vanguard Properties, one of the most respected agencies in the Bay Area. She is driven by her passion for real estate, her desire to excel, and her unwavering dedication to her clients. Her motto, “Live and Work with Excellence.”

 

She has facilitated strategic long and short-term acquisitions, down-to-the-studs renovations, condo conversions, TIC creation, and 1031 exchanges. She has also developed several multi-family properties and is well-versed in remodels and new developments.

 

She is a relentless advocate for her clients, using her well-honed experience and a team of dedicated professionals to deliver the highest possible price on the seller side and negotiate winning offers for buyers, especially in a highly competitive market like San Francisco.

 

Juliette graduated as a dean’s scholar from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, with an emphasis in Real Estate Development and Entrepreneur Studies. She has been involved with several charitable organizations, such as VA-VASH and Veterans Affairs, Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing, serving rental assistance for disabled and homeless veterans. She can often be found with her wife, Madeleine, and their pup, Freddie, walking on the beaches of SF, on construction sites, reading property disclosures, or seeking out their next meals.
