As a developer, she has managed the construction and was heavily involved in the day-to-day of 36 major renovations in the past 15 years in San Francisco and Bay Area, from down-to-the-studs single-family remodels to multi-unit income properties. She understands San Francisco building codes, permitting, and what a renovation will cost before an offer is written. 

Through her design consulting and owner representation service, she guides owners through their own renovations, managing contractors, timelines, and finishes with precision, insight, and intention.

Her results are recognized independently. Juliette earned RateMyAgent's County Top 5 award for San Francisco County and its Price Expert designation for consistently meeting clients' price expectations. Has been consistently awarded with Vanguard Properties’ Top Producer recognition, number of years, and is named in RealTrends Top 1.5% of Realtors nationwide. She holds the highest price-per-square-foot record on 22nd Street in Noe Valley with a $3.8M sale that went into contract in 5 days, sold in 13. 

When representing Sellers, Juliette's goal is to secure the highest price possible while identifying the most qualified, well-matched Buyers. Her design eye tells her which pre-sale improvements will earn the most return and which will not. Sellers value her discretion, proactive leadership, and ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.

For Buyers, she is equally strategic. Juliette identifies high-potential properties, uncovers hidden value, and shows clients what a home can become, turning a purchase into a lasting investment. Her expertise spans single-family residences, condominiums, tenancy-in-common (TIC’s), income-producing multi-unit buildings, seller financing, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. She also invests in her own real estate portfolio.

Her peers have trusted her to lead as well. Juliette chaired the Education and Events Committee and co-chaired the Diversity Committee of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® in 2020, and served on its Government Relations Committee from 2019 to 2021.
